Visitors to this park-like property stroll through an Oak growth canopy into the remnants of an old olive orchard. We added a dry-river stream, a sitting area with an overhead trellis, and a vegetable garden. We incorporated water saving devices which allow up to 800 gallons of rainwater to be collected from the roof, used for growing Citrus, Apple, Pomegranate, Avocado, and Peach trees. Old sculptures were found in the overgrowth. We restored several to display as focal points or to be revealed along the leisurely mulch pathway which runs throughout the property.
